Registration Terms

These terms apply to registrations for The Development Intensive offered by Earl Real Estate.

Registration and payment

Your seat is reserved when Stripe confirms your payment. If you select split payment, you authorize the remaining balance to be charged automatically to the same payment method 30 days after the deposit or seven days before the event, whichever comes first. Prices, dates, locations, and included benefits are those shown during checkout.

Refunds and transfers

A full refund is available until 14 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, registrations are transferable to another attendee. Contact intensive@earlrealestate.com for a refund or transfer request.

Event changes

We may make reasonable changes to the venue, schedule, or instructional format. If Earl Real Estate cancels the event, registration payments will be refunded.

Educational program

The Development Intensive provides education and general information. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, lending, brokerage, or other professional advice, and participation does not guarantee a particular business or financial result.

Program materials

Slides, worksheets, examples, and other program materials are provided for the attendee's personal educational use and may not be reproduced or redistributed commercially without written permission.
